Must produce NRIC or Passport, a valid Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) and Tution Car Insurance coverage from your Private Driving Instructor. |

October 2008, there will be NO REFUND for cancellation of practical
test date. |

For pregnant student, you are required to get approval from your gynecologist and certify that you are fit to take the practical test. You have to submit the most recent certification letter to the Traffic Police Department on your practical test day. |
