Question Where can I renew my Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) when it is expired ?
Answer The PDL is valid for six months and the fee is $25.00. You can renew your Class 3 PDL at any Singapore Post Offices and the renewal fee is $25.00. Renewal of Class 2B PDL is done at the respective driving test centres.

Question What should I do if I lost my PDL ?
Answer If your PDL is lost and still valid or lost and invalid for less than 3 years, you have to get a replacement at the Traffic Police Headquarters. If your PDL is lost and invalid for more than 3 years, you have to make a new application at the respective driving test centres.

Question When should I apply for my Provisional Driving Licence ?
Answer You should apply for your Class 3 Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) when you start to learn driving. Please come in person and apply your PDL at the Traffic Police Dept (3rd level) during their operating hours. Produce your Basic Theory Test result slip and NRIC and the fee is $25.00
