Answer You can renew your Class 3 PDL at any Singapore Post Offices.Renewal for Class 2B PDL can only be done at the Traffic Police Counter (Level One).

Question What should I do if I lost my PDL ?
Answer If your PDL is lost and still valid or lost and invalid, you have to make a new application at any driving test centers. The fee is $25.00 payable by NETs or Cardcard only.

Question When should I apply for my Provisional Driving Licence ?
Answer

Upon passing your Basic Theory Test / Riding Theory Test, you can immediately apply for your PDL at the Traffic Police counter in order to start to learn driving / riding. Class 2B PDL application form can be collected at Information Counter at Level 3 only.You can apply your PDL at the Traffic Police Dept (Level 1) during office hours only.Produce your NRIC and the fee is $25.00. Fee is payable by NETS or Cash-card only.Your PDL expiry date must be updated in SSDC system at our Information Counter otherwise no practical lesson booking is allowed.
