Can I drive a manual car (MTV) with a Class 3A driving licence ?

I have the Class 3A driving licence. How long must I wait before I can apply and take the Class 3 practical test ?
Question Can I drive while waiting for the photo-card qualified driving licence (QDL)?
Answer Yes, after passing your practical test, you are required to apply for a QDL. Upon payment of $50.00, you will be issued an acknowledgement slip as a temporary licence until you get your photo-card licence (4 to 6 weeks later).

Question Can I drive a manual car (MTV) with a Class 3A driving licence ?
Answer No. The Class 3A licence is strictly for automatic transmission (ATV) car only.You will need a Class 3 driving licence to drive manual or automatic car.

Question I have a Class 3A driving licence. How long must I wait before I can apply and take a Class 3 practical test ?
Answer You can enrol for the Class 3 driving course as soon as you have obtained your Class 3A driving licence. Upon completion of all practical lessons, you can book a practical test.
