If your "try-sell" slot is not booked by other student and you are still unable to attend your practical lesson, your practical lesson fee paid will be forfeited and no refund will be granted. You can also take back your 'try-sell' slot at any time if you decide to attend the practical lesson. |

Cancellation of practical lesson appointment can be made through the internet or self service kiosks and it must be made at least
72 hours or 96 hours (including public holiday) in advance before the commencement of your practical lesson. |
