Question If I am unable to attend my practical lesson, what should I do ?
Answer You need to cancel your practical lesson appointment at least 72 hours in advance. If the cancellation is less than 72 hours, you can place your practical lesson appointment under "try-sell". You need to check the status of your "try-sell" regularly to check whether your "try-sell" slot is booked by other students. If your "try-sell" slot is booked by another student, it will then be considered as successful trysell and the fee will be credited back to your student account.

Question What will happen if my "try-sell" slot is not booked by other student ?
Answer If your "try-sell" slot is not booked by other student and you are still unable to attend your practical lesson, your practical lesson fee paid will be forfeited and no refund will be granted. You can also take back your 'try-sell' slot at any time if you decide to attend the practical lesson.
