Singapore Safety Driving Centre is the first driving center in Singapore to introduce the Honda Driving Simulator for its learner drivers. The driving simulator, which combines many years of know-how in promoting safety driving with the latest software, is a driving safety training machine that enables learner drivers to learn scientifically and objectively about processes related to safety driving.
The objective is to enhance the teaching of basic procedural and perceptual skills with automatic transmission vehicle for learner drivers.
The Driving Simulator has a Cinema Scopic projection device that ensures a wide field of vision with high quality lifelike traffic images. Both manual transmission and automatic transmission controls can be operated with a shift lever and pedals, enabling the simulation of both types of driving on the same simulator and it creates driving sensations similar to those in an actual car.
