I also wish to say thank you to the TP Tester, Mr. Yik Hoong Kei,for his advice and assessment of my test on that day. Finally, I would like to commend the counter service officer: Angela Tay Ai Lian, for spending time to schedule my revision sessions. She has displayed a very positive attitude in customer service. I am a Class 2B student who had completed my course on the 19th November 2009. This accomplishment was owed to a dedicated team of SSDC instructors, who worked actively to provide the best for their students. They are: Hence, I would like to take this time to offer my gratitude and appreciation for all the effort they had put into coaching. With them closely monitoring and imparting of their skills and knowledge, my lessons were without a doubt, both enjoyable and productive. The patience and experience exhibited by these instructors were also worthy of praise and I have much to thank them for. Without their constant encouragement, riding would have been an impossible feat. Besides this, I also wish to extend my thanks to all others (the administrative staff, the customer service, engineers etc.) who had worked tirelessly behind the scenes to provide such a delightful environment for learning. SSDC is awesome! |

I feel I have to write to inform SSDC of the professional and excellent instructors that have taught me during my Class 3 Driving Course. I passed my driving test on my 2nd attempt on 11 November 2009, although it was not the 1st attempt but I still felt happy, as I never expected that I can make it and I wouldn’t have passed without the encourage and guidance from the following instructors, I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and outmost gratitude to them:- Fixed Instructors. Mr. Boon Tee Kiat (5581) – Mr. Boon was a very friendly and professional instructor who taught me a lot on control, traffic rules and safety awareness. I was afraid and have no confident in changing lanes, but with the patient guidance and motivation from Mr. Boon, I managed to do so at last. During my 2 times warm up sessions, it was very kind of Mr. Boon that he actually told his colleagues as mentioned below to take me, so as not to make me nervous and to give me confident before my test. Mr. Lim Su Kwee (5583) – Mr. Lim whom he had also taught me for a few lessons, had also gave me professional guidance on traffic rules and safety awareness, especially checking of blind spots which I always forgot and he will always remind me patiently. Chief Instructor Mr. Jimmy Ng – Mr. Ng was very helpful in assisting me to book my lessons under my fixed instructors. Warm-up Lessons Instructors Mr. Lim Hock Wah (5198) Ms Tan Ee Hwee (5844) Last but not least, I would also like to thank the front desk customer service for the friendly and professional admin duties that you all guys have provided. |
