Driver Improvement Points System Course Enrolment
(Enrolment fee paid is non-refundable.)

You will be enrolled for the DIPS Course only.
After enrolment, you can proceed to book your DIPS Course Lesson.

You have read and understand all the information at our Website on DIPS Course before your internet enrolment registration.


  • I am a qualified driving licence holder.
  • I am presently not under any suspension or disqualification from driving.
  • I do not suffer from epilepsy, mental disorder, sudden attacks of giddiness, fainting, inability to read at a distance of 25 metres (with the aid of glasses, if worn) and not suffering from any physical disabilities which will likely to cause driving of a motor vehicle to be a source of danger to the public.
  • I am not colour blind.
  • I am registering for my course before the expiry date of my offer letter from Traffic Police.

Terms and Conditions for DIPS Course students

  1. Course fee paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances whatsoever regardless of whether the participant is affected by unforeseen circumstances, including illness or on other medical grounds and emergencies.
  2. Postponement, Withdrawal of course and Change of course date are strictly prohibited.
  3. Course fee are non-refundable if DIPS students did not complete or absent from course.
  4. Medical certificates will not be accepted as a reason for a change of course date or refund of course fee.
  5. DIPS students have to attend theory lesson first followed by practical driving lesson.
  6. DIPS students who are absent or did not complete the course, will need to get another offer letter from Traffic Police to enroll and pay for the full course fees again.
  7. While waiting for the course to commence and if a DIP student had accumulated more demerit points and are liable for suspension, the course shall become invalid. There will be no refund of the course fee.
  8. DIPS students are required to bring along NRIC/Passport and Photocard Driving Licence and payment receipt when attending theory and practical lesson.
  9. DIPS students who are late will not be allowed to attend the course. It shall be treated as absent. DIPS students will need to register and pay for the full course fees again.
  10. DIPS students will need to bring their own stationery for theory test.
  11. DIPS students will not hold Singapore Safety Driving Centre Ltd and its employees liable for any accidents, injuries or death sustained in the course of my training.
  12. SSDC reserves the right to make any amendments that is not stated herein whenever deemed necessary without prior notice.
  13. DIPS students aren't allowed to have multiple bookings at different centres. Bookings paid successfully but subsequently rejected by TP are not refundable.
  14. If you want to change your DIPS test date, kindly get approval from Traffic Police first before coming to SSDC.

Disclosure Of Personal Data

Upon enrolment, I consent to the disclosure of my personal particulars, Name, NRIC, Passport or other Identification Number, Telephone Numbers, Email Address and any other information relating to myself to the Centre and to Government Authorities, Land Transport Authority, Traffic Police, Insurance Company and its agent issuing insurance coverage for myself and to any other interested or relevant parties.

Singapore Safety Driving Centre (SSDC) is committed to protect the privacy of every individual and complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, Singapore when managing our business operations. SSDC undertakes to implement measures and secure personal data within SSDC’s custody. Our policy is to ensure that employees maintain confidentiality of personal data held by SSDC.

Data Protection

SSDC receives or collects your personal data upon enrolment to enable planning, administering and facilitating the full scope of training and testing services.

We may disclose your personal data to Government Authorities, Land Transport Authority and relevant parties, in compliance with statutory regulations and establishing our legal claims, and to insurance company in facilitating various type of insurance claims and to external workshop engaged by us etc.

For safety and training purposes, SSDC training cars are equipped with In-Vehicle Cameras (outward-facing) with both video and audio recording capabilities.

Under Road Traffic (Driving Instructors and Driving Schools) Rules (Cap. 276, R16), licensed driving schools must maintain a record of every person receiving instruction from the driving school, including the person’s NRIC number.

To ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and the need for verification, request for access, update or correction to your personal information must be made in person at our Service Counter.

SSDC will retain personal data collected for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the business’s operations and, in compliance with the Companies Act and Government Authorities’ requirements.

Data Security

SSDC has security measures in place to protect against misuse and unauthorized access to your personal data. The IT security measures are constantly reviewed and enhanced to ensure data security.

Review of the Policy

SSDC will continue to review and update this Policy as and when necessary to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
